Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Merchandiser role located in Hyderabad. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies, ensuring product placement and displays align with brand standards, and analyzing sales data to optimize inventory levels. The role includes collaborating with store managers, communicating with suppliers, and providing customer service support to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Retail experience
- Marketing knowledge and expertise
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
