We are building a dynamic sales team in Bhopal to drive growth and establish our brand presence.Role Summary:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive who can actively prospect, engage and convert clients for our consulting services. You will work closely with the business development team and report to the Sales Manager. This is a full-time on-site position with the opportunity to earn incentives and bonuses based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to prospective clients (SMEs, startups, corporate) via cold-calling, networking, and follow-upsPresent and pitch NXTHUB’s service offerings; understand client needs and map appropriate solutionsManage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closureMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline and client interactions in CRMCollaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of clientsProvide feedback from the field to help refine our offering and improve our pitchWhat we expect:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably B2B) in consulting / services / IT / startup environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environmentAbility to work full-time in Bhopal office (not remote)Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office / Google WorkspaceStrong negotiation skills and confidence to close dealsCompensation & Benefits:Fixed salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)Attractive incentive structure + performance bonusesOpportunity for growth into senior sales roles / team lead based on performanceTraining and mentoring support from leadershipFriendly, fast-paced work culture with opportunity to make an impact in a growing companyHow to Apply: If you are passionate about sales and eager to grow with an ambitious consulting startup, send your resume and a short cover note (“Why you’d be a good fit”) to gagan@nxthubconsulting.com or apply via LinkedIn.
