Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through phone calls and WhatsApp, assisting with order placements, resolving customer queries, and collecting feedback. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  • Attend inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries, complaints, and order placements.
  • Provide support via WhatsApp to customers by responding promptly to messages and resolving concerns.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Address customer issues professionally and escalate unresolved matters to the relevant department.
  • Record customer interactions, queries, and resolutions for accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively reach out to customers for feedback to improve service quality and identify areas for improvement.



Qualifications and Skills

Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or tele calling is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using phone systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications (MS Office).
  • Empathetic and patient approach towards customers.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and a positive attitude.
