Job Title: Business Development Executive (Website & Digital Marketing Sales - Outbound Process)

About Us:

Brands2be is a leading advertising agency specializing in 360-degree digital marketing solutions. We are expanding our outbound sales team and looking for dynamic professionals to help us grow our client base across the USA, UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through outbound channels targeting potential clients in the USA, UK, and Australia.
  • Pitch and sell website development, design services, and digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service delivery, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools for managing leads, tracking sales progress, and generating reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the website development, digital marketing, or IT services domain.
  • Proven ability to close sales deals in international markets (USA, UK, Australia).
  • Strong understanding of website development, digital marketing services, and SEO strategies is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
