Job Summary: The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth for our products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, product marketing, brand management, and market research.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Drive product growth through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Product Marketing:

  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Manage the company's online presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistent use across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Create and execute brand campaigns to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Manage public relations and media relations activities to enhance the company’s brand image.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive product growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with market research, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HR Tech industry.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Experience in public relations and media relations.
