What's the role❓
This is a full-time on-site role for a Category Marketing Associate in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. You will be responsible growth and retention of our existing users. You will be handling merchandising, pricing strategy, campaigns (push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp), sales planning, and some of the programs like a referral, and sign-up/re-engagement bonus. This is more than just an opportunity; it's a pathway to acquire breadth and creativity and accelerate your career in growth marketing.

1️⃣ Early career professional, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a similar role, or have managed user engagement in the past.
2️⃣ Creative and proactive thinkers keen on marketing and growth strategies.
3️⃣ Individuals who thrive in a collaborative, chaotic yet outcome-oriented and performance-driven environment.
4️⃣ Strong analytical, first principle, and creative problem-solving skills.
5️⃣ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, marketing, or related fields.
6️⃣ Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or startups is a plus.
