This role involves handling contract labour, apprentices, attendance systems, and HR documentation while maintaining adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Contract Labour Management:Ensure compliance with labour laws and company guidelines.Maintain records and coordinate with job work and manpower contractors.Manage contract labour agreements, renewals, and adherence to CLM policies.Apprentice Management:Organize recruitment drives and manage onboarding processes.Generate apprenticeship contracts and ensure statutory compliance.Coordinate with departments for successful learning and development of apprentices.Time Office & Attendance:Manage manual attendance cards and biometric systems for contractual staff.Handle shift scheduling and prepare attendance reports.Induction & Employee File Management:Conduct induction programs for new employees.Maintain accurate and updated employee files and records.Compliance & Reporting:Support internal and external audits.Maintain statutory registers and prepare HR MIS reports.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.2–4 years of experience in plant-level HR operations.Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
