**Job Profile: Store & Dispatch Executive/Incharge**

**Experience: - Experience of 08-15 years in Engineering Manufacturing company is preferred. (First Preference for Working in Seamless Cylinders Manufacturing Company)**

Store Duties/Responsibilities:

- Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times;
- Maintain optimal stock levels;
- Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re
- order level to order from supplies;
- Review physical inventories periodically;
- Maintain stock and consumption records;
- Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
- Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
- Keeps and updates records of good received and issued;
- Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report;
- Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure;
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned;
- Promote inventory related awareness programs.
- To interpret and implement the organizations policies related to all resources utilized in providing an efficient Store operation.
- To plan for effective and efficient Store operation
- To delegate authority to his immediate subordinates to carry out their duties.
- To ensure those suitable personnel are selected, developed and ultimately promoted to maintain an effective store organization.
- To provide effective leadership and guidance at all times.
- To ensure that adequate facilitates exist for consultation with subordinates.
- To ensure that administrative systems and procedures are suitable for efficient store operations.
- To ensure that all the personnel under his control works and performs efficiently.
- To ensure co-operation with other functions is achieved at all levels.
- To ensure that a balance of supplies between continuous demand and intermittent supply is maintained.

- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed

Duties/Responsibilities: - Dispatch / Logistics
- Prioritise work ensuring that deadlines are met by the team and the highest standards achieved
- Support team members in ensuring daily targets are met
- Resolve despatching errors in a timely and efficient manner causing mínimal disruption to the service
- Provide flexible support to ensure adequate cover at peak operating times to meet deadlines and provide cover at weekends when necessary
- Produce of monthly statistics
- Ensure adequate stationery stocks are retained
- Work closely with Field and Team Leads to understand and direct performance to goals in all supported offerings/projects
- Manage all personnel through the performance management process, including timely performance appraisals, regular feedback on goals performance (including monthly scorecards), coaching, and personnel/process actions
- Work with sometimes Sales and Marketing groups to understand potential new customers, offerings, and understand what is needed to deliver to goals
- Understand strong points of Quality Management process (HOS), and follow principles of standard implementation framework (Accountability meetings, Standardized Work, Visual Management, TPM, Design for Flow, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Built in Quality, Set up Change Over Reduction, Communication Plan adherence)
