Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR policies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Lead performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and implementing development plans.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and coach employees.
