The company minimizes waste and costs by producing in small batches and passing savings to customers. To disrupt the traditional footwear market, 3DM Lifestyle aims to provide great value to its customers by cutting out middlemen.


As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and convert customers across various online channels. You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager, Content Creator, and E-commerce Specialist to ensure a consistent brand voice and strategy across all platforms. Your primary goals will be to grow our audience, engage potential customers, and optimize marketing efforts to increase ROI.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate to develop and refine digital marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor strategies.


Paid Advertising Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs, including customer acquisition cost and conversion rate.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.


Social Media Marketing:

  • Oversee social media ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with organic content strategies to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies based on performance data to grow our social media presence.


Email Marketing and CRM:

  • Develop, schedule, and monitor email campaigns focused on customer retention, re-engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Manage email segmentation and A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.


Performance Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing activities, including website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to propose and implement optimization strategies for ongoing campaigns.


Customer Journey and Experience Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Specialist to enhance the customer journey on our website, aiming for seamless navigation, checkout flow, and product discovery.
  • Implement strategies for cart abandonment recovery and retargeting to boost customer retention and conversions.


Collaboration with Content and Creative Teams:

  • Work closely with the Content Creator and Graphic Designer to ensure all digital marketing content is compelling, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.
  • Provide creative direction for ad visuals, copy, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.


Influencer and Affiliate Marketing:

  • Coordinate with the Influencer/Brand Partnership Coordinator to develop influencer and affiliate marketing strategies, contributing ideas for collaborations that increase brand exposure and engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on eCommerce or fashion.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media ad platforms.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a strong sense of brand aesthetics.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the men’s fashion or footwear industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo) and email marketing best practices.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for collaboration with designers.
