Job Description - Operations Manager (Client Acquisition & Onboarding)

Job Details :

Location - Fort, Mumbai

Working Days & Hours - Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.


Key Responsibilities :

-Lead the client acquisition process by identifying potential senior clients through

partnerships, outreach, and networking.

-Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth, compassionate experience that

reflects our mission of providing high-quality companionship.

-Build and maintain relationships with clients and their families, ensuring trust,

satisfaction, and continued engagement.

-Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop strategies to reach

more seniors in need of companionship.

-Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the

onboarding experience, and overall client experience.


Skills and Qualifications :

-A passion for working with senior citizens and making a positive impact on their

lives.

-Experience in operations, client acquisition, or business development.

-Strong organisational, and communication skills.

-Prior experience in healthcare, senior care, or social impact sectors is a plus.
