About Pocket FM

Pocket FM has grown to 130+ million listeners community, spending an average of over 115 minutes every day, while the total streaming on the app counts to over 6.5 billion minutes monthly.
Key expectations from the role:
- Lead products for Ads charter with the key responsibility of maximizing ad revenue from billions+ minutes of monthly audio streaming on the platform
- Devise & execute ad revenue growth levers across different advertising formats like rewarded videos/ audio/interstitial/banners etc
- Own end-to-end user experience for ad products to maintain a world-class product usage experience
- Lead an independent product development unit, consisting of PMs, Developers, Designers, Analysts, QA, etc to meet the business objectives of the ads charter
- Be responsible for managing supply, demand & optimization sides of ad products to maximize revenue
A few things, which could help, succeed in the role:
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product development cycle
- Required 6-9 years of Relevant Experience
- Good understanding of building MVPs & running A/B tests to test and validate growth opportunities
- Operating with a high sense of ownership, bias for action & impact
