Job Description:


Main Objectives:

1. High level supporting to sales team.

2. Help to achieve sales and marketing team target

3. To be proficient in security concepts and systems in order to support Account managers to

complete projects design and proposals

4. Develop market and brand awareness.

5. Customer satisfaction



Main performance indicators:

1. Cases supported each year.

2. Efficiency and accuracy of the support job

3. Technical knowledge

4. Communication and coordination skills.


Major responsibilities include:

1. Client satisfaction.

2. Aggressively help the sales team to achieve dept. revenue and profit targets.

3. Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders

4. Assist in preparing proposals.

5. Prepare and edit any project related document such as bidding documentation, vender

information, contracts, presentations and invoices etc.

6. Create monthly sales opportunity report to update all projects at the value of more than 75USD

above.

7. Help Account managers to pre-qualify project leads by conducting cold calls, sending

introduction emails or conducting any necessary approaches if required.

8. Assist marketing with planning activities such as organizing events, preparing marketing

materials as well as editing documents if required.

9. Conduct necessary marketing and products research to be more competitive in the market

10. Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation and market share.

11. Increase exposure though sales channels.

12. Maintain updated technical product information and market trends

13. Learn security technologies and concepts. Maintain in depth knowledge of ICD’s standard

products and systems, modern security concepts and products that are available on the world

market.

14. Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison where necessary.
