Role Overview
We are looking for a Referral Marketing Manager to own and scale InCred Money’s referral and viral growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, data analysis, and creative execution to design referral programs that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize referral programs across InCred’s product portfolio.
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and other data-driven assessments to identify opportunities for improving referral performance.
- Collaborate with growth, product, and marketing teams to integrate referral mechanisms in-app and across communication channels.
- Monitor KPIs such as referral conversion, activation, LTV, and virality coefficient, and take actions to improve performance.
- Analyze referral program performance and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize incentives and messaging.
- Leverage data insights to segment users and create personalized referral journeys.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor programs to implement innovative referral strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in referral or growth marketing, preferably in fintech or app-based products.
- Strong experience in data analysis, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Clevertap, etc.).
- Proven track record of designing referral programs that drive measurable growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in fintech or BFSI domain.
- Knowledge of lifecycle and retention marketing.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization in referral programs.
