Position Title: Product Manager
Job Purpose/ Summary:
As we continue to grow, we are hiring a Product Manager who will have a keen eye for gaps in product offerings and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share.
What you will do:
- Lead conversations directly with our customers, who trust us in driving product and feature outcomes for them.
- Drive clarity around requirements and expected product behavior for our design and engineering teams to achieve.
- Oversee the project’s scope and timeline.
- Backlog management, prioritization, and competitor analysis.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the tasks and enjoy working on it.
- Contribute to building and growing our internal range of products and solutions.
What you should have:
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Passion to learn in a start-up environment.
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role with the ability to manage customer expectations.
