With over 60 years of experience, Leadec supports customers across the entire production supply chain at more than 350 sites. Their services include engineering, installation, maintenance, support, and digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for Technical Services, including Projects and Maintenance Service lines, General Maintenance, IFM, and TFM Services.
- Generate new enquiries through customer visits, and be willing to travel extensively (over 60% of the time).
- Understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, with a strong understanding of pricing and costing related to maintenance services.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to convert business development opportunities into sales orders.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Maintenance Vertical Head to formulate comprehensive business plans covering sales, costs, capital expenditure, and manpower resources.
- Monitor industry trends to keep track of competition and develop key performance indicators for the long-term growth of the company.
- Identify new markets and customers, and explore sustainable growth opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth sales process by understanding customer requirements, coordinating with customers, and reaching out to leads through cold calling.
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
Technical Skillset:
- Exposure to plant maintenance, utility maintenance, and reliability maintenance.
- Experience in process plants and general industries; exposure to the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Experience in equipment maintenance in utility and facility services, and automotive plants (press shop, body shop, machine shop) or general industries.
- Knowledge of WCM, TPM, and breakdown analysis, with the ability to find vendors for various services.
- Proficiency in generating MIS reports and maintenance analysis, including MTTR, MTBF, uptime, and OEE.
- Experience in vendor evaluation and finalization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong technical background in maintenance services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Western & Central Region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronic with 5 to 6 years' experience
