Role & Responsibilities

  • Briefing customers about the residential project.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and active participation in expos.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Handle direct sales, generating referral leads and leads from channel partners.
  • Maintaining self-day-to-day reports.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting


Preferred candidate profile

  • Has worked in the Real Estate, Banking or Insurance Sectors.
  • 0-2 years' of client relationship experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
