Role Overview:


As the Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our students and their families. Your responsibilities will include working with one of our senior mentors, helping them plan their schedule, liaising between the student and the mentor, maintaining a detailed student database, facilitating communication between clients and employees, and providing proactive support to address students' academic and personal challenges.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and their parents, offering guidance, support, and resources as needed.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to students facing academic or personal challenges, providing assistance and advocacy as necessary.
  • Advocate for students' needs and concerns within the institution, collaborating with faculty, staff, and administrators to address them effectively.
  • Support company counselling and mentoring operations by creating and maintaining a detailed database of past and present clients.
  • Regularly update the client database with student details and application progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve services, streamline operations, and enhance the overall student experience.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between clients and employees.
  • Support the team by assisting with organizational and communication tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English to effectively engage with students and parents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills in managing schedules, coordinating information flow between mentors and students and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
