Job Requirements – Oracle Cloud EPM SpecialistExperience & Expertise:Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud EPM Applications, including EPBCS (mandatory), FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS.Strong foundation in multi-dimensional database concepts (Essbase) and related technologies.Deep understanding of FP&A processes, such as bottom-up planning, scenario modeling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translations.Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Oracle EPM Forms, business rules, calculation scripts, and database design.Solid experience in designing and developing Oracle EPM solutions end-to-end.Expertise in Groovy Business Rules, Shell scripting, Batch scripting, EPM Automate, and REST API integration.Familiarity with data integration across multiple systems/sources (e.g., On-premises FDMEE and Cloud Data Exchange).Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for EPBCS and FCC issues.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with on-premises Hyperion Essbase and Oracle DRM/DRG.Working knowledge of SQL queries and data management principles.Professional Attributes:Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.Ability to work effectively within a broad EPM ecosystem, collaborating across diverse tools and teams.Demonstrated capability to deliver high-quality EPM solutions while maintaining strong fundamentals and adaptability.
