Key Responsibilities:


HR Policy Consultation:

  • Assist clients in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies.
  • Ensure policies are compliant with legal regulations and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation and application to clients.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA):

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' training needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals and develop tailored training programs.
  • Design and implement training needs analysis tools and methodologies.


KPI and KRA Projects:

  • Work on the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for client organizations.
  • Partner with clients to ensure alignment of KPIs and KRAs with strategic business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs and KRAs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.


HR Business Partnering:

  • Serve as a trusted HR business partner for clients, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their HR challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices, organizational development, and employee engagement.


Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and HR innovations to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR consulting, HR business partnering, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, training needs analysis, KPIs, and KRAs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
