OverviewThe HumanResource Executive plays a crucial role in the organizationensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. This position ispivotal in supporting various HR functions from recruitment andonboarding to employee relations andcompliance.KeyResponsibilities
  • Manage endtoendrecruitment process including sourcing screening and coordinatinginterviews
  • Ensure compliance with labor lawsand regulations
  • Assist in the implementationand maintenance of HRIS
  • Handle employeerelations and address grievances orconflicts
  • Coordinate onboarding processes fornew hires
  • Administer and monitor employeebenefits and compensation
  • Conduct performancemanagement and appraisal processes
  • Assist indeveloping and implementing HR policies andprocedures
  • Conduct training and developmentprograms for employees
  • Prepare and maintain HRreports and records
  • Participate in disciplinaryactions and termination processes
  • Support inemployee engagement initiatives andactivities
  • Stay updated with industry trendsand best practices
  • Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure HR alignment with organizationalgoals
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy andplanning
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executiveor similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of laborlegislation and HR best practices
  • Handsonexperience with HRIS and HR software
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Strongorganizational and timemanagementabilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential information withintegrity
  • Proficiency in MS Officeapplications
  • Certification in Human Resources(e.g. SHRMCP HRCI) is a plus
  • Understanding ofperformance management and appraisalprocesses
  • Attention to detail andproblemsolving skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a team as well asindependently
  • Experience in talent acquisitionand retention strategies
  • Familiarity withdiversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Knowledgeof employee engagement and motivationtechniques
