Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-sales intern to join our team. This is a remote internship role. As a pre-sales intern, you will assist the sales team in generating leads and managing relationships with potential customers. You will also contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns, and help optimize our sales processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing in the health and wellness industry.


Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our healthcare solutions and services.
  • Build rapport with customers and address any initial inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Gather relevant information about prospects, including their needs, pain points, and buying process, to facilitate smooth handoff to the consulting team.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads through multiple communication channels to nurture relationships and keep them engaged.
  • Coordinate with the consulting team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers and address any additional queries or concerns they may have.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as call volume, pick-up ratio, and lead conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of pre-
