Role Overview:


As a Content Specialist at Yocket, you must research target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing, and monitor consumer and content metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in crafting compelling content that meets business & brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Write content for various platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
  • Edit and proofread content before publishing.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
  • Meet with the creative, SEO and cross-functional teams to ideate and define content goals.
  • Analyse content performance metrics and user engagement data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and education


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Literature, Journalism or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in content writing or marketing
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English with an eye for detail
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and content creation tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
