We're in search of a dynamic Content Specialist to join our high-energy Marketing team. We need someone who not only possesses exceptional copywriting and content creation skills but also has their finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends and B2B technology best practices. We're looking for an individual who brings fresh ideas, an eye for detail and a marketing-oriented mindset to the table.

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid


Job Description:

  • Craft Engaging Content: Your primary responsibility will be to write compelling and concise copy for our various social media platforms, ensuring each post resonates with our audience and reflects our brand's voice.
  • Content Review and Enhancement: You'll be the guardian of our content quality. Review and edit drafts of case studies, blogs, winwires, white papers, ebooks, and other content pieces, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging and tone.
  • End-to-End Content Ownership: Take the lead on creating brand-new content assets from scratch. This includes conducting research, drafting content, obtaining necessary approvals, and collaborating closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging assets.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and senior content resources, to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to content creation that aligns with our marketing objectives.


Required Competencies:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, if you're equipped with the skills and passion for content creation, we encourage you to apply regardless of your academic background.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and copywriting is essential. We're looking for someone who can showcase their ability to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • While not mandatory, prior experience in a B2B technology environment will be advantageous.
  • An exceptional eye for detail is critical. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency across all content pieces.
  • You should be able to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams are key.
