  2. Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  3. Process Improvement and Optimization:
  4. Implement strategies to enhance order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
  5. Implement best practices, process enhancements, and automation solutions to streamline offline sales operations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
  7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
