Position: Human Resources Information System Analyst (HRIS)

Experience: Minimum of 3+ Years of Experience in supporting the maintenance and improvement of our People related systems, data and is a key conduit between the People team and IT.


Overview: The purpose of this role is to be the conduit IT for the maintenance and improvement of the People Systems. The role will be involved in change related activity, day to day system maintenance and updates, plus work with the Communities of Expertise and other members of the People Leadership team to bring together our digital roadmap.


Minimum Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3+ Years of Experience in supporting the maintenance and improvement of our People related systems, data and is a key conduit between the People team and IT.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors CERTIFICATION is a MUST
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven delivery record in a HR IS or IT Related project
