Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Id8 Media Solutions Pvt Ltd.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for processing employee data, updating company policies, and providing assistance in the hiring process.

You will also be responsible for performing recruiting activities, overseeing personnel records, and updating the company database with new employee data.

Additionally, you will create and circulate documents about company policies, collect payroll information, and publish and remove job ads on different platforms.

You will also schedule prospective candidates' job interviews and be a point of contact as required.

Furthermore, you will prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, create materials to train and onboard employees, and respond to inquiries from employees regarding benefits.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management
  • 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or a similar role
  • Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain employee personal records
