Job Description:

Oversee the implementation and daily use of ZOHO CRM to ensure maximum utilization by the sales team.

Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their CRM skills and usage. Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the designer and external vendors to update and improve the website's design and functionality.

Ensure website content is optimized for SEO and user engagement, regularly updating it with fresh and relevant information.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.

Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine and improve future efforts.

Work with the designer to develop visually appealing marketing materials that align with the brand's identity.

Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.


Impact Metrics:

Increase in ZOHO CRM usage and effectiveness. Improvement in website traffic and engagement metrics.

Successful execution and ROI of marketing campaigns. Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
