HR Interface Executive Search has been mandated to hire for our client, a renowned multi-disciplinary (Real Estate) Architecture Design firm with a global presence, specializing in delivering cutting-edge MIXED-USE architectural solutions. The company has a significant footprint in over 35 cities and has successfully completed over 100 projects, showcasing its excellence in design and innovation. Their design projects include mixed-use developments, IT parks, hotels and residential with over 100 successful projects spread across 35+ cities in 20+ states, covering an impressive built-up area of over 100 million square feet.


They are now seeking a seasoned architecture professional for the role of Design Manager (Architect with 15-18 years of project & team mgmt exp) based at their Mumbai office.


Designation: Design Manager / Senior Design Manager

Company: A leading architectural design firm

Location: Andheri (east), Mumbai, India

Years of Experience Needed: 15-18 years of relevant experience in Commercial and Mixed-Use projects with an architecture firm, leading a team of at least 10 people. Must have completed at least two projects of a minimum of 1 million square feet from start to finish. Additionally, should possess strong networking with the owners or top management of the top 3 developers in the city, preferably having worked on projects with top developers like DLF, Prestige, Brigade, Embassy, or RMZ in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi.

Compensation on Offer: Upto INR 25 LPA, based on relevant experience, interview performance, and last drawn compensation.

Reporting to: Principal Director

Team Size: 8 to 10 (consisting of architects, interior designers, technicians, draftsmen, etc.


Position Overview: HR Interface Executive Search is recruiting a Design Manager for this client. We are looking for a Qualified Architect with 15 to 18 yrs. of experience in Commercial and mixed use projects. This role involves responsibility towards enhancing & strengthening relationships with existing clients and exploring new Business development opportunities as well in Bangalore and Chennai locations. He / She should have ability to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction documentation. He / She should be able to Mentor and lead team of Architects and Technicians to achieve the design and deliverables in line with project need.
