The Sales Executive will generate leads, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, presenting course offerings, understanding client needs, and crafting personalized solutions using SmartCareer’s suite of services. The role also entails conducting follow-ups, maintaining a pipeline of potential leads, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in business development, lead generation, and client relationship managementAbility to identify and meet client needs through tailored solutionsProven capability in meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesPrevious experience in sales or the education/training sector is an advantageBasic knowledge of e-learning or certification programs is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
