We have an opening for Head of Customer Experience with a Leading Bank.


Location: Mumbai


Roles and Responsibilities:


Developing service propositions is the responsibility of the Customer Experience and Service Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of developing and implementing a service plan to provide exceptional customer service for onboarding, in-branch service, and product experiences for the products that the customer purchases.

By examining service delivery models across industries and developing service enablers across all customer touchpoints (Customer Experience Center, Branch, Digital Netbanking / Mobile Banking platforms), the customer experience and service manager will also be in charge of determining the best-in-class service models for the segments.


Requirements:


• A seasoned professional with experience in customer experience and managing customer journeys and touchpoints.

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

• Critical thinking; thinks beyond the box and beyond accepted wisdom

• Exhibits a leadership presence; commands respect and will gain the trust of senior leaders; collaborates with partners across organizational boundaries and hierarchies; and multitasks effectively and consistently while managing competing priorities.
