Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Tele-Health Coach)


Location: Noida - Sector 65 (Hybrid)


Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Providing health guidance to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer support and assistance
  • Handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell company products and services
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics


Qualifications and Experience

  • Background in the health and wellness industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, support, or sales in a related field
  • An empathetic and nurturing attitude towards women's health-related issues with a calming aura is necessary.
  • Knowledge of women's health issues, infertility, pregnancy care, and postpartum care preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Additional Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Understanding of yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic wellness practices


Compensation

Pay Range: Fixed salary plus incentives (matching the best industry standards and skills)

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills
