Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Tele sales / Presales/Telemarketing team of 10+ executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, driving sales performance, and supporting presales activities. This role involves leading, motivating, and guiding the team to meet and exceed the goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Tele sales/Presales teams.
  • Set and track performance goals.
  • Oversee telemarketing and presales activities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Analyze performance data and provide reports to management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience in telemarketing/tele sales/presales as a Team Lead.
  • Strong leadership, telemarketing team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
