Academic Program Liaison

The Admission Executive/Area Coordinator at Chandigarh University plays a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. As a member of the team, you will help individuals navigate the admission and enrollment process, leveraging your expertise in understanding academic programs, admission requirements, and university policies to deliver accurate information and foster a positive impression of the university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising and Networking: Establish relationships with renowned schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, polytechnics, colleges, ITI, and tutorials to promote the university's academic programs.
• Career Counseling and Student Database: Deliver motivational lectures and collect quality student data to support the university's admission efforts.
• Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with district career counselors, gram panchayats, and boards of respective states to obtain necessary permissions and approvals.
• Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving 100% targets assigned by the head office.
• Brand Visibility and Growth: Sourcing branding opportunities, placing hoardings, and ensuring growth in the number of admissions in each region.
• Marketing Materials Coordination: Collaborate with the team leader to coordinate marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures, posters, flyers, newsletters, and presentations.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and submit critical analysis reports to the head office.
• Progress Reporting and Event Management: Maintain and update daily progress reports in UIMS, submit weekly plans to the immediate reporting officer, and provide regular support in event management.
