Role : Team Lead


Experience: 6+ years

Location: Gurgaon


The Team Lead ensures high technical standards within the development team and contributes to agile ceremonies. They make day-to-day technical decisions and collaborate with the Solution Architect on technical design and support.


Key Requirements:

  1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  2. Proven ability to lead and manage developer teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality.
  3. Maintain technical consistency and promote innovation within best practices.
  4. Manage technical architecture, ensure non-functional requirements are met, and empower teams.
  5. Handle product backlogs, estimate tasks, run agile ceremonies, and monitor system performance.
  6. Proficiency in cloud platforms, containerization, databases, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage developer teams effectively.
  2. Conduct and promote effective code reviews, ensuring code quality.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and scalability challenges.
  4. Maintain technical consistency across API services.
  5. Maintain a coherent technical vision for all solutions.
  6. Advise on technical decisions and innovation.
  7. Ensure non-functional requirements are met.
  8. Promote technical best practices and standards.
  9. Approve solutions for technical soundness before deployment.
  10. Empower development teams to achieve technical responsibilities.
  11. Resolve technical differences within the team.
  12. Manage product backlogs and sprint planning.
  13. Run agile ceremonies like daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
  14. Monitor system performance and reliability in production environments.
