Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven ability in developing and implementing IT, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity, and Risk processes.
  • Strong experience with indicator tasks within ServiceNow.


Good to Have Skills:

  • Working knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: operational risk management, enterprise risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, vendor management, audit management, corporate compliance, and policy management.
  • Experience in a governance, risk, and compliance role, such as an external auditor, control owner, audit manager, or internal auditor.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM.
  • Experience in IT, GRC, Cybersecurity, and Risk processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written).


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module.
  • Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to:
  • Screen tailoring
  • Workflow administration
  • Report setup
  • Data imports
  • Integration and scripting
  • Third-party software integrations
  • Custom application development
  • Create and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts to ensure the reliability and stability of ServiceNow implementations.
