**Job Title : ServiceNow GRC/IRM Technical Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC/IRM Technical Specialist to join our team at MERGEN CORPORATES PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules to enhance our risk management and compliance programs.

**Responsibilities**

1. ServiceNow GRC/IRM Implementation and Configuration

Implement, configure, and manage the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules.

Design and configure solutions that meet business needs, ensuring integration with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.

Build workflows, business logic, and automation to enhance GRC/IRM processes, including policy and compliance management, risk management, and audit management.

2. Solution Design and Development

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop customized applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support risk management, audit, and compliance programs.

Use ServiceNow best practices for solution development and ensure configurations are scalable and sustainable.

3. Integration and Automation

Integrate ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, identity management, security systems) to streamline data flow and enhance compliance monitoring.

Automate GRC/IRM processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

4. Governance and Compliance Monitoring

Support the ongoing management of governance and compliance initiatives within the organization.

Develop and maintain key control frameworks, including SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulatory frameworks.

Monitor compliance status and risk exposure through dashboards and reports, ensuring visibility for stakeholders.

5. User Support and Training

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ServiceNow GRC/IRM users.

Create user guides, deliver training sessions, and ensure that end-users and administrators are well-versed in the GRC/IRM capabilities and processes.

Stay current with new ServiceNow GRC/IRM updates and releases, advising on how to leverage new features to improve governance and risk management.

6. Risk Management Strategy and Development

Assist in developing the risk management strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies across various business units.

Work with the risk and compliance teams to identify gaps and continuously enhance the risk management framework.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically with the GRC/IRM modules

• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX)

• Experience with scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide)

• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT governance frameworks

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

**Preferred Certifications**

• ServiceNow GRC or IRM Certification

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ITIL Foundation Certification

• Other relevant risk management or compliance certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC)
