Position Overview


We are seeking a Level-2 System Engineer with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and expertise in modern IT tools and platforms. This individual will work closely with a team of highly skilled professionals to support our East Coast customers, with occasional flexibility to cover other time zones as required.


Key Responsibilities


• Provide Level 2 support for end-user computing environments, focusing on Okta, Google Workspace, Kandji (for Mac environments), Slack, Confluence, and Jira.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with efficiency and precision, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver tailored solutions.

• Document processes, incidents, and resolutions in an organized and detailed manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and tools, and proactively suggest improvements.

• Work effectively within a team of skilled professionals, contributing innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Skills and Experience


• Technical Expertise:

• Okta: Identity and access management, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Google Workspace: Administration, email management, and integrations.

• Kandji: Experience with Mac device management and endpoint security.

• Slack: Workspace management, troubleshooting, and automation.

• Confluence & Jira: Familiarity with documentation and project management tools.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working with “big ideas.”
