Hiring for one of the Largest NBFC in India.


Roles and Responsibilities

 Manage server operations for Wintel & Unix platform

 Manage & operate cloud instance deployed on AWS & OCI cloud.

 Provision, configure and integrate Servers according to project requirements.

 Monitor & maintain adequate resources, capacity, performance and availability

 Configure alerting, notification for identifying services outage.

 Conduct regular review of system configuration and report anomaly

 Conduct patch management for OS & 3 rd party applications on servers.

 Manage active directory, DNS, DHCP & file server services

 Administer MS O365 & Google workspace cloud platform & associated services.

 Provision user accounts, setup email & group access on cloud email platforms.

 Manage enterprise backup and replication according to process.

 Manage server antivirus and EDR solution; achieve 100% compliance

 Participate and execute DR drills & backup verify drills.

 Maintain adequate security, hardening of OS & services.

 Participate in vulnerability & configuration assessment for production servers and fix them.

 Responsible for escalated Incident, Problem, Change Management & Service Request.

 Participate internal/external audits, risk analysis and mitigation.

 Maintain CMDB, Server architecture & configuration documents

Desired Candidate Profile

 Certified AWS solution architect or Certified AWS SysOps.

 Microsoft Windows or Linux RHEL certified with relevant experience of 4-5 years

 Strong hands-on experience on windows & Linux server management

 Knowledge on active directory/O365 & google workspace administration.

 Strong analytical skills & knowledge on troubleshooting & identifying cause of issue relatedto systems & integration.

 Sound knowledge on VA/PT Process & ability to identify/apply solutions to address VA/PTrequirements.

 Experience of backup/restore & Disaster recovery management process.

 Should have experience in managing Major Corporate/DC Networks and Public Cloudinfra

 Experience in log management analysis and identifying traces.

 Should have good experience in ISP Coordination and Vendor management.

 Strong knowledge in ITIL Process.

 Flexible to extend beyond work hours towards accomplishing assigned tasks
