Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience working with Salesforce and possess strong analytical skills to support our business objectives. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between our business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of Salesforce to drive our business forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  1. Salesforce Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with the development team to design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop detailed user stories, workflows, and data models to support the technical implementation.
  1. Implementation and Project Management:
  • Support the implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Assist in planning project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  1. User Training and Support:
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation.
  1. Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system and process enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of other CRM platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration and data cleansing processes.
  • Knowledge of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
