JD for 6 to 10 yrs

Detailed JD:

Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in application development, AI and ML engagements.

, 2-3 years of Pega decisioning experience and experience with implementing Marketing and Decisioning software such as Chordiant, Experian, Adobe, Tealium etc.


Must have Qualifications:

• Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant for V8.x / Certified Pega Data Scientist V8.x

• Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field

• Hands on experience in Pega v8.0 and above and Pega CDH


Required Qualifications:

• A hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in client organizations on all phases of the software development lifecycle.

• A quick learner with excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

• Has good understanding of statistical tools, predictive and adaptive modeling and various modeling techniques

• Understands and has experience in data preparation, model configuration, model training, testing and deployment

• Experience with designing and/or implementing Marketing and Decisioning software (such as Chordiant, Infor CRM Epiphany, SmartFocus, Experian, Tealium, Adobe, Oracle, Marketo, Salesforce, Teradata, Aprimo, IBM Unica) applications is a plus.

• Able to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; able to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders.

• Able to work in teams as well as independently.


Responsibilities:

• Source, prepare and analyze model data

• Develop, monitor, and maintain predictive and adaptive models used by the NBA decision engine

• Define interfaces to retrieve data and develops a data refresh strategy

• Map enterprise data to attributes within the NBA solution

• Support the definition and assessment of next-best-action strategy requirements

• Perform impact analysis on new requirements

• Translate requirements into strategies

• Support testing, QA, and business simulation

• Support NBA reporting, monitoring and control

• Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.

• Design and manage adaptive and predictive models.

• Work closely with QA team to ensure all changes are tested properly.

• Act as a mentor to junior resources.
