Job Description:

  • Overall Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications and workflows based on business requirements.
    • Customize and configure Pega PRPC components like case types, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Pega PRPC issues, providing support and maintenance.
    • Stay updated on Pega PRPC trends, offering recommendations for enhancements.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship, participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
    • Engage in Agile or Scrum development processes.
  • Software Requirements:
    • Proficiency in Pega PRPC application development and implementation.
    • Knowledge of Pega PRPC technology, best practices, and Agile or Scrum processes.
  • Category-wise Technical Skills:
    • Pega PRPC Application Development
    • Workflow Design and Implementation
    • Case Type Customization
    • Data Model Configuration
    • User Interface Development
    • Integration and Reporting in Pega PRPC
    • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
    • Agile or Scrum Development Processes
  • Experience:
    • 4-6 years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
    • Proven track record in customizing and configuring Pega PRPC components.
    • Collaborative experience in designing and testing Pega PRPC solutions.
  • Day-to-Day Activities:
    • Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications based on business needs.
    • Customize and configure Pega PRPC components.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions.
    • Troubleshoot and provide support for Pega PRPC issues.
    • Stay up-to-date on Pega PRPC trends and offer enhancements.
    • Provide guidance and participate in Agile or Scrum processes.
  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Certifications in Pega PRPC development.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
    • Effective communication of technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Passion for technology and staying informed about Pega PRPC advancements.
