Job Description:


Overall Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications and workflows based on business requirements.

Customize and configure Pega PRPC components, such as case types, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting.

Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions that meet user needs and comply with industry standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve Pega PRPC issues and defects and provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.

Keep up to date with Pega PRPC technology trends and best practices and recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes and systems.

Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

Participate in Agile or Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.

Software Requirements:

Proficiency in Pega PRPC application development and implementation.

Knowledge of Pega PRPC technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.

Experience with Agile or Scrum development processes.

Experience:

At least 4-6 years of experience in developing and implementing Pega PRPC applications and workflows.

Proven track record of customizing and configuring Pega PRPC components to meet business requirements.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
