Position: IT Recruiter Intern

Location: Mangalore (Onsite – Only local candidates will be considered)

Duration: 3–6 months Internship

Timings : 11 Am to 8 PM


About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team in Mangalore. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and engage top technology talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Support the recruitment team in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.
  • Assist in employer branding activities to attract talent.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Interest in IT recruitment and technology roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and job portals is a plus.


Stipend:

  • ₹6000 per month (based on performance & skills)
  • Internship Certificate will be provided upon successful completion.
  • Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
