Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and custom services, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires close collaboration with the product team to relay market feedback and drive continuous product improvement.


Key Responsibilities


·     Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities for custom virtual showroom services and our existing SaaS solutions.

·     Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

·     Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

·     Product Feedback: Work closely with the product team to communicate market feedback and insights, contributing to product enhancements and new feature development.

·     Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

·     Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

·     Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to position Metadrob as a leader in the virtual showroom market.

·     Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.


Qualifications


·     Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS and custom services. Experience in e-commerce or virtual/3D technology is a plus.

·     Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue streams.

·     Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

·     Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.

·     Analytical: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

·     Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
