**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and Management of SAAS Products & Software:

- Deploy, configure, and manage various Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) products and software solutions that are essential for the laboratory's operations and data management.
- Maintenance of Technological Equipment:

- Oversee the maintenance of hardware components, network devices, and related equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Network Installation (LAN/WAN) and Troubleshooting:

- Install, configure, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), ensuring seamless connectivity and data sharing within the organization.
- Perform troubleshooting activities to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Network Components Management:

- Manage network components such as servers, IP addresses, and other networking hardware, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of the network infrastructure.
- Security Solution Implementation:

- Develop and implement security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and encryption tools.
- Safeguard the laboratory's sensitive information and data through regular audit activities.
- Technical Support:

- Provide timely and effective technical support to users across the organization, addressing IT-related issues and assisting in software usage, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Training and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members to share technical knowledge, conduct training sessions to educate staff on best IT practices, and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
