We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Social Media to help with build out social media engagement and impressions. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, and collaborating with internal and external partners to amplify our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing goals.
  • Agency Collaboration: Collaborate with external agencies to execute social media campaigns and ensure seamless integration.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content (text, images, and videos) tailored to our target audience and platform-specific best practices.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with our audience on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the social media budget and allocate funds effectively.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
