Job Description:


K12 Techno Service, the organization behind Orchids International School, is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning and Development (L&D) Executive. As an L&D Executive, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for our staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs using a variety of methods, such as classroom training, online learning, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions and booking venues.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any non-technical field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Interview Format:

  • The interview will be 20 minutes long.
  • The first 5 minutes will be dedicated to introductions and getting to know each other.
  • The remaining 15 minutes will be for the candidate to deliver a short presentation on a topic of their choice related to education or training.
