RequirementsKnowledge on RPA, Analytics, OMNI, Salesforce will be a plusBackground of any of the following : –C++, Java,C#,.NET Technologies, Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL,Sybase,DB2/UDB will be an added advantagePartner with the business to assess learning requirements using Training Needs Identification (TNI) methodologiesExpertise in managing end to end learning needs of a Business Unit/LOBExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work cohesively with onshore, offshore and shared services teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writingStay abreast on training and development research and industry trends: Deploy best in class learning practicesPartner with vendors partners to facilitate the learning needs for the businessWell versed with Program or project management skills to plan, monitor and report status of learning projectsExperience in using LMS, Dashboards and SharePoint would be an added advantageManage Logistics – room bookings, sending invites to participants, rollout surveys, assessments etc.
EducationPostgraduate/Graduate from a reputed institute
Band RequirementManager/Senior Manager level is recommended for this role.
Domain RequirementUnderstanding of Retirement Benefits/Health Care/Insurance domain in the US market will be given preference.
Other RequirementsFlexible work schedule will be required – the individual must be willing to work on rotational shifts and from office in-person as per the business need
