Job Summary: 


We are seeking an experienced Dayforce WFM Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading Dayforce WFM projects and will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring, and testing Dayforce WFM components. This role is essential for driving the successful implementation of workforce management strategies across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


Project Leadership: Serve as the WFM lead on 3-10 Dayforce projects, guiding the project from initiation to completion.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

Solution Design: Design and propose effective WFM solutions using Dayforce components, including organization design, job structure, roles, workflows, and entitlements.

Configuration and Testing: Configure Dayforce WFM components according to the designed solutions and conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and performance.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, design specifications, configuration settings, and testing outcomes.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members, ensuring effective adoption of Dayforce WFM solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimization within Dayforce WFM, implementing best practices and solutions to improve overall workforce management.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a WFM lead on multiple Dayforce projects (3-10) with a focus on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
  • Expertise in Dayforce WFM components such as organization design, job structure, roles, workflows, and entitlements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
